We are a small but long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in commercial property and with over 100 years of experience available to clients from our professional staff. Recently we have expanded the Practice to provide a full range of commercial property services to property portfolios some large and some small.

There is a strong legal base to our firm and we specialise particularly in lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Acts together with reviews of rental (acting for both tenants and landlords) within the framework of an established lease.
